What This Page Is For

Use Assessment Overview and Assessment Detail to create, import, scope, evaluate, and track compliance assessments.

Before You Start

• Run App Setup.
• Enable frameworks.
• Create system boundaries.
• Add control applicability.
• Add artifacts or control gaps if they should be linked during objective evaluation.

Create an Assessment

1. Open Assessment Overview.
2. Select Create.
3. Enter a unique name and optional assessment ID.
4. Select required system boundary and framework.
5. Save the assessment.

New assessments start in the New workflow state.

Edit Assessment Scope

Scope can be edited while an assessment is in an editable workflow state. In Review, Complete, and Closed assessments are read-only by default.

Objective Evaluation

Objective Evaluation is driven by the selected controls and control objective data. Users can set objective status and link artifacts or control gaps to objectives.
