Funnel Dropoff
On the Homepage to Order Confirmation funnel, make sure the chart is showing “All users”.
- Which segment should we investigate?
- Click the segment and watch the replay. Pause, click different events, and scrub through as needed. What happened for the end user?
- The last dropoff segment captures users who did not get from “Place order” to “Order confirmation”.
- In many cases for this app, the user is trying to place an order but getting an error message with a phone number to call after submitting the form.
So we see our users are trying to place orders but failing. Now what?
