Installation and configuration overview

Follow this process to install the Splunk Add-on for AWS:

1. Download the Splunk Add-on for AWS from the Splunk Web or through the Splunk Enterprise UI.

   Note

   See Where to install this add-on to determine where to install your add-on.

2. Perform any prerequisite steps specified in the tables before installing.

3. Follow the installation options specified in the Installation walkthroughs.
