Splunk platform requirements

Because this add-on runs on the Splunk platform, all of the system requirements apply to the Splunk software that you use to run this add-on.

• If you are managing on-premises forwarders to get data into Splunk Cloud, see System Requirements in the Splunk Enterprise Installation Manual, which includes information about forwarders.

Okta Platform Requirements

To collect data from the Okta Identity Cloud Environment using the OAuth2.0 mechanism, create a Web App in the Okta Identity Cloud environment. See Configure credentials for Splunk Add-on for Okta Identity Cloud.
