Configure OIN to enable OAuth Support via Client Credentials

Note An admin access is required to connect Okta to Splunk Add-on for Okta Identity Cloud

1. Go to your Okta admin workspace to authorize Splunk Add-on for Okta Identity Cloud - Search for Splunk Add-on for Okta Identity Cloud under: Applications -> Browser Applications Catalouge -> Search Splunk Add-on for Okta Identity Cloud
2. Click Install & Authorize. Authorizing this request gives Splunk Add-on for Okta Identity Cloud access to your Okta organization’s managment API.
3. Once installed a Client Secret will be generated. Copy and Save this value, this will be used while configuring the Account in Splunk Add-on for Okta Identity Cloud.
4. Click Done after copy Client Secret.
5. The next page will display Client Id and Okta Domain. Copy these as well.
6. In the Splunk Add-on for Okta Identity Cloud, paste the following in the configuration form: - Okta Domain - Client Id - Client Secret
7. Click on Add
8. You’re all set to fetch events from Okta.
