Version 7.0.0 of the Splunk Add-on for Salesforce provides the following features:

Extended support for new SFDC API versions 65.0 and 66.0.

Added a configurable Delay parameter for the Salesforce Event Log input.

Added an Exclude Event Types parameter to the Salesforce Event Log input.

Python 3.13 support: The add-on now supports Python 3.13 alongside Python 3.9.

Added observability metrics for Salesforce Object input ingestion, tracking event count and data volume per collection cycle to improve operational visibility.
